1. Site information
The website available at https://poool.fr (the “Site”) is published by POOOL (the “Company”), a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 819 554 890, with a share capital of €104,626, whose registered office is located at 2 Rue Marc Sangnier, 33130 Bègles, France, intra-community VAT number FR 56 819554890.

2. Intellectual property
2.1. Without this list being exhaustive, the “POOOL” trademarks and their derivatives, the logos, the graphic charter, the layout, the information, the presentation and the content of the Site (videos, images, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Company, or the Company holds the rights and authorisations necessary to use them. The Company owns or holds the intellectual property rights to both the structure and the content of the Site, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.2. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the Site or of its components, such as the trademarks, logos, graphic charter, layout, information, presentation and content of the Site, without this list being limitative, is prohibited.
2.3. These legal notices do not transfer any intellectual property right to the User over either the structure or the content of the Site.
2.4. The User expressly undertakes that their use of the Site shall in no way infringe the rights of the Company, and in particular that such use shall not constitute counterfeiting or unfair or parasitic competition.
3. Third-party sites and hyperlinks
The Site may contain outbound hyperlinks; however, the web pages these links lead to are in no way the responsibility of the Company, which has no control over them. Users click on these links and are redirected to the corresponding websites under their sole responsibility. 4. Access
4.1. Access to the Site is free of charge and viewing it does not require prior registration. However, some features offered free of charge on the Site require Users to provide certain personal information, in particular demo requests, contact forms, etc. The equipment and hardware used to access the Site, their updates, proper functioning and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the User, who also bears the telecommunication costs incurred to access and browse the Site (in particular the internet service provider’s fees).
4.2. The Company grants the User a right to consult and access the information available on the Site, to the exclusion of any other right.
4.3. The User unconditionally accepts that browsing and using the Site is at their sole responsibility.
4.4. The Company makes every effort to provide Users with optimal access to the Site, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control, and subject to maintenance periods and possible outages. The Company cannot be held liable for such problems.
